Sheri & Phil, Kona Beach Hotel Wedding

It was an amazing honor to photograph my friends Sheri & Phil on their wedding day. Sheri, of Kelilina Photography,  is a photographer herself so you just know this wedding was bound to be awesome and it so delivers!

Sheri & Phil’s wedding at King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel is one of those weddings I wish we could shoot over and over again! This gorgeous wedding was so laid back and fun, and Sheri made a truly beautiful bride, both inside and out. These two truly seem grateful to have found one another and I can tell they will spend the rest of their lives together in bliss.

The ceremony began on the picturesque oceanfront. As Sheri walked down the isle she locked eyes with Phil and all they could do was smile. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen two people so happy to be married to one another!

As guests enjoyed the cocktail hour, after some sweet and humorous stories shared during the toasts, Sheri & Phil danced with their parents and had a sweet kiss after feeding each other wedding cake! Once the formal elements of the evening were complete, the guests took to the lawn and partied the night away! The lawn was the perfect setting to host all of Sheri & Phil’s friends and family while still making it feel like an intimate evening. From beginning to end, their day was full of happiness and love! It was sad to see the day come to and end, but it’s beautiful to re-live the memories and I’m excited to share some of the details from their gorgeous wedding day!
