Sara and Jeff, Little Blue Church, Big Island of Hawaii

Sara and Jeff tied the knot in an intimate and simple ceremony at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. This tiny church, also known as The Little Blue Church, was built in 1889 and sits right on the ocean.  It has only 12 pews, making it perhaps the smallest church in the world, and perfect for a small, intimate wedding ceremony.  There is a beautiful stained glass window at the back of the church overlooking the ocean.

I absolutely love shooting this type of wedding ceremony because it is stripped down and is pure and simple. Sara and Jeff celebrated after the ceremony with champagne at Jackie Rey’s, one of my favorite spots, I love the color and the vintage Hawaiian feel!

Thanks so much for including me in your intimate wedding and I wish you two a lifetime of happiness together!
